By using BeulahPay, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Nigeria to use BeulahPay. You are responsible for maintaining account security.

Permitted Use

BeulahPay is for personal and business financial transactions. You may not use BeulahPay for illegal activities, money laundering, or fraud.

TrustPay Credit

TrustPay credit is subject to approval and repayment terms. Failure to repay on time will affect your Trust Score and may result in account suspension.

Digital Ajo

By joining an Ajo group, you agree to contribute on schedule. BeulahPay facilitates but does not guarantee third-party group member payments.

Liability

BeulahPay is not a bank. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access if you have failed to maintain account security.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose security risks.
